On behalf of the women, men and cadets of the Gainesville Composite Squadron, welcome!

The Civil Air Patrol is "Citizens Serving Communities."  We are the civilian arm of the US Air Force, and are both a 501c(3) not-for-profit as well as a fully trained team of air crews, ground teams and support staff.  Our three missions are emergency services, aerospace education and cadet programs, and our squadron supports all three missions.

We maintain an aircraft at the Gainesville airport (and other airports across the state) and work closely with federal, state and local emergency management agencies.  We have a "can do" reputation and strive for excellence in all we do.

Ours is relatively new and growing squadron, and we are always looking for volunteers who are interested in giving back to their country and community while making new friends and learning new skills.  While many members are ex-military, and some are pilots, most are not.  But all of us have the same desire-- to serve our country, our community and the state of Georgia.

We'd invite you to explore our website to learn more about us, or visit one of our meetings

We strive to be a friendly, well-qualified team of dedicated volunteers who are well-trained, mission ready and possess an attitude of service to others and to the community.

Thanks again for visiting, and we hope to see you soon.

Michael F. Paul, Captain, Commander

Gainesville Composite Squadron GA-160
